Which display case for which purpose

Display cases with MasterPhil trays let you change the items on show: slide out the tray, arrange your coins, and slide it back under the cover. The other display cases are designed for specific uses, from slabs to wall mounting.

Flock or velvet under the glass

In display cases with MasterPhil trays, coins rest on flocked lining in red or blue. The fair showcases, the slab display cases and the wall-mounted display case have Italian velvet interiors; in the natural wood showcase the velvet shown in the photos is red. If you are looking for other display cases and showcases in velvet, with LED lighting or for capsules, see Display cases and showcases.

At home or at a show

  • At fairs and trade shows: the 45° tilting stand makes coins easy to read from a distance, and the carrying bag for the 47×35 cm display cases helps when moving between venues.
  • At home: a closed display case keeps dust away; a wall-mounted one keeps your shelf or cabinet top free.
  • Placement: keep the display case away from direct sunlight and from sources of heat and humidity.

Many display cases are individually numbered and come with a certificate of authenticity.
